You can easily make a delicious pasta dish by simply topping our noodles with our warm Rich Cherry Tomato Sauce. But here are some tips to make it even more delicious! The secret is a technique used by professional chefs, called ""emulsification“. When the cooking water from the pasta is added and stirred with a sauce that contains oil, the sauce emulsifies and thickens, helping it blend even better with the noodles. It also adds the delicious umami from the noodles and enhances the overall flavor. So, give it a try!
Ingredients per serving
1 bundle of ZENB NOODLE |
1 pouch of ZENB Rich Cherry Tomato Sauce |
600ml (2 ½ cups) of water |
½ tsp of salt |

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, add salt and the noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
After 3 minutes of cooking the pasta, pour the sauce and 60ml (¼ cup) of the cooking water into a small frying pan or pot and cook over medium heat.
Once the noodles are cooked, add them to the frying pan or pot in step ②. Stir the noodles and sauce together for approximately 30 seconds over medium heat.
