Authentic Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

Ingredients per serving
|1 bundle of ZENB NOODLE|
|1/2 piece of garlic (grated)|
|A pinch of chili pepper (powder)|
|2 tbsp of olive oil|
|Italian parsley (finely chopped) or dried parsley to taste|
|600ml (2 ½ cups) of water|
|1 tsp of salt|
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Once boiling, add salt and cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
In a small frying pan or pot, add olive oil, garlic, chili pepper, and Italian parsley.
After 4 minutes of cooking the pasta, take 60ml (¼ cup) of the cooking water and add it to the frying pan in step ② and cook over medium heat.
When the noodles are cooked, add them to the frying pan in step ③. Stir by shaking the frying pan. Turn off the heat once the sauce becomes white and thick, and serve.
